Nsette Foundation Uganda

Nsette Foundation Uganda is a legally registered non-profit organization in Uganda. Our registration number is 80020003867201. Nsette Foundation Uganda is non-denominational at the point of service provision and without political affiliations.

Nsette Foundation Uganda was founded in 2017 by Waiswa Cyprian and Balondemu Ivan, both social workers.

Ivan grew up as a vulnerable child himself. He would not have gotten where he is today without his late grandmother, Naigaga Janet. She cared for him, as well as many other children, ensuring they had food, clothing and other basic necessities. Very importantly, she also paid for their school fees, ensuring they had access to schooling, all while struggling to make ends meet for herself.

The chances she granted them inspired Ivan to create Nsette Foundation Uganda. Together with Cyprian, they aim to bring about Janet’s vision of a world where every child has a bright future ahead of them.

WHAT WE DO

The focus of Nsette Foundation Uganda is on community development.
